I am a certified couples counselor and a speech language pathologist. My counseling focus is couples where one or both partners feel that they do not have a "common language" in their relationship. I specialize in working with couples who have trouble with empathy, understanding the other persons perspective, reading social cues, and high anxiety.

I am also the founder of the Speech Dysphagia Language Clinic (SDLC), a leading private speech and occupational therapy center in Mumbai, India. Learn more about my background.

If you consistently feel the way I described above, and if you feel that these feelings are affecting your relationship, get in touch with me and we can determine whether counseling is appropriate for you.

HOW MANY SESSIONS WILL I NEED?

We will use our first call to understand more about your needs, and figure out if I can help. I work with people all over the world and conduct most sessions virtually, using Zoom or Google Meet. During the initial period, clients should plan on 3-5 sessions in a short period of time (e.g. weekly or biweekly) for the counseling to be most effective.

HOW DO I BOOK A SESSION?

The best way to book a session with me is to contact me by email or WhatsApp. I would be happy to set up a time for a brief chat to learn about you and/or your partner better to figure out whether I can help.
